There has been so much bad press for coaching over the years and I have read so many articles that either denigrate what we do, or at best understate the impact of our work, that to find an article which not only covers the reticence of hiring a coach, it also explains how the top earning coaches are doing this by having clear specialities (I have always said you must have a niche based on your credentials) and a concise answer to the question ‘What do you do best?’
